Eligibility:
You have 30 calendar days from delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and include the original sales receipt. Custom and embellished items are final sale.
HOW TO RETURN

1Submit your request with your name, order number, and the reason for the return or exchange.

2Receive authorization. We'll review your request and send an authorization form to include in your package.

3Ship it back. Include the authorization form and original receipt in the original packaging.

4Get your refund or exchange once we receive and process the item.
MWG is not responsible for return shipping charges. Please allow 30 days for returns processing; credit is issued at that time. For repairs, include an explanation and a photo of the damaged item.
